In addition to individual treatments, I offer a
Women’s Wellness Program and Wellness Balances.
Women’s Wellness Program is a 12-week one on one mentoring lifestyle program designed especially for women at midlife and beyond. It is an opportunity for you to focus on your well-being and take active steps towards improving your health, confidence and vitality.
Women’s Wellness Program focuses on improving your health and wellbeing by targeting positive lifestyle behaviours including exercise, healthy eating, stress management and sleep. The program is aimed at helping mature women be the best that they can be by incorporating healthy choices and positive health behaviours. Strategies are tailored to individual needs and include goal setting and the development of a personal plan targeting lifestyle, eating habits, health goals and any health issues.

This 5 Day Mind, Body, Organs Detox-Cleanse can do more than make your eyes sparkle and your skin glow, it will boost your energy levels, improve your digestion and can help shift a few unwanted kilos. The purpose of my detox-cleanse plan is to take the load off the organs that detoxify the body, particularly the liver, kidneys and bowel, supporting and improving their performance.
I also offer a range of Wellness Balances to clear blocked energy channels, reduce stress and tension, increase energy flow, reduce stiffness, strengthen the immune system and bring about a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing. You can book all of them for a total cleanse and balance, or book them individually as part of your specifically designed program.
