The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. Love starts with you. We all deserve to be cherished and treasured for who we are, connecting intimately and opening deeply into ourselves.
My passion is Womens-Health® and supporting you as a woman. I have treated many Womens-Health® issues since 1999, working with the underlying root cause of why you have what you have, not just your symptoms, to restore health and wellbeing at a cellular level. In other words, treating the whole of you.
I encourage women and girls to love themselves unconditionally, learning to deepen self-acceptance, self-love and self-esteem at any age, drawing power and strength from their cycles. I believe it is important to connect, heal and nourish yourself as when this happens, your creativity, intuition and feminine wisdom can be expressed and your innate beauty and brilliance can shine.
Taking full self-responsibility is simply our next step. It is making these changes from within by simply nurturing ourselves and caring for our bodies with more love and dedication. The more we connect and observe what is going on in our bodies and how we are feeling, the more opportunity we have to make different choices, both within ourselves and in our lives.
Taking responsibility for your own health is necessary, preferably from your first menstruation. Acquiring that deeper understanding of your body, your hormones, and your cycle changes everything about your relationship with yourself.

We were all girls once, and many of us were fed negativity about our menstruation from a very young age or had no education around it at all. As a result, many women I see loathe their period, referring to it as “a bother,” “a nuisance” or “the curse.” Some I have seen even refer to their female reproductive organs as “down there”. With this experience the young girl inside us, who has never been welcomed into womanhood, is often left embarrassed and ashamed, unable to blossom fully into herself.
I hid my womanhood for many years, and so many women like myself have gone through their first blood in a quiet, shameful, hidden, unloved and unnoticed way. It wasn’t until much later in life that my relationship with my body and myself changed. How would it be if we created a space where we honoured our blood and had a chance to start again? We have the power to create deep transformation through our cycle and this connection with ourselves. I am always grateful for the lessons I continue to receive from my body.
