Hi my name is Kimberley, over the years I have discovered, that our Body, Mind Health has a huge influence on our digestive system. They are not separate. Typically, we become lethargic and sedentary when the body is overloaded. It is important to effectively move and assist the body in cleaning out all toxins that we have accumulated.
