Natural Health Tip of the month:

Flu and colds cannot be cured by antibiotics, though as no one wants to suffer and endure all the symptoms commonly associated with a cold or the flu we have provided you with a recipe for a natural cold & flu relief, an immune boosting drink that can help to relieve cold & flu symptoms.

 

Ingredients:

1000ml (1 quart) approx 4 cups Filtered tap Water
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 freshly squeezed lemons
1 heaped teaspoon fresh ginger (depending upon your preference)
2 cloves garlic
A small grating of chilli

Instructions:
Pour the filtered water into a saucepan grate the ginger, crush the cloves of garlic, finely slice the chilli and add these ingredients to the sauce pan. 

Simmer the ingredients on a low heat for approximately 10 -15 minutes. 

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the saucepan with 2 teaspoons of honey. 

Give the mixture a quick stir, remove the saucepan from the hotplate and pour the ingredients into a large mug. 

Retire to bed so that you can rest and sweat out your cold or flu!

Ensure to drink at least 2 large mugs of this natural immune enhancing beverage which will help to ensure that when you wake up in the morning you will feel as right as rain.
