Nowadays we all live such hectic lives with very busy schedules, it is always important to take some time out every now and then so that you focus on yourself and what better way to do this than to start implementing some of these simple, yet incredibly effective regimes into your life by making them part and parcel of your health & wellbeing regime.
Stress Management technique of the month:
A warm soothing soak in the tub listening to relaxing tranquil music why not add a few drops of essential oils to your bath such as lavender; frankincense; camomile or clary sage.
A relaxing bath with:
4 drops of Frankincense & 3 drops of lavender essential aromatherpy oils
or
4 drops of camomile & 3 drops of clary sage essential aromatherpy oils
Whilst running your bath add up to 7 drops of essential oil to your bath water, swirl the bath water round. Ensure that you will not be disturbed nor have any interruptions, then get in your bath, sit back relax and unwind!
